What you will do

• Triage and investigate security alerts across endpoint, identity, SaaS, cloud, and network telemetry.
• Escalate high-risk events to incident response and engineering teams with clear evidence and case summaries.
• Execute response actions including host isolation, account review, and malicious domain blocking.
• Produce operational reports on alert volumes, true positives, and response SLAs.
• Improve runbooks, investigation guides, and automation to reduce alert noise and false positives.
• Follow up on vulnerabilities and exposures identified during daily operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or SOC analysis.
• Strong understanding of attacker techniques including phishing, credential theft, and cloud misconfiguration.
• Proficiency in incident response fundamentals such as containment, eradication, and evidence handling.
• Experience using query languages, logs, and security analytics tools.
• Ability to write clear investigation notes and escalation handoffs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in one of the specified office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth technology, cloud infrastructure, or AI-focused environments.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting techniques.
• Experience with automation and detection logic tuning.
