What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with security standards.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer security posture.
• Create and implement remediation strategies for CrowdStrike product components.
• Manage customer communication and resolve issues in accordance with established SLAs.
• Develop service reports and performance statistics for clients.
• Partner with internal support and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with high empathy.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as SANS or ISC2.

Nice to have

• Experience with Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and MITRE Att&ck.
• Familiarity with SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR tools.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients.
