What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end technical workshops, boot camps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
• Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 NA cities.
• Develop comprehensive lab guides and maintain hands-on lab environments for training and certification.
• Create technical playbooks and maintain certification content within the Docebo LMS.
• Validate new product introductions (NPI) and coordinate content updates with SE teams.
• Measure and report ROI through event-to-pipeline attribution and certification completion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training.
• Hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running lab environments for certification programs.
• Strong project management skills to handle a multi-city event calendar.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ for in-person events across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
