What you will do

• Shape account strategy and vision, aligning cross-workstream goals to measurable client outcomes.
• Own end-to-end delivery on assigned engagements, maintaining accountability for quality, timelines, revenue, and margins.
• Manage program operations, including estimating, pricing, resource planning, and risk/scope management.
• Build trusted executive-level relationships with stakeholders to earn confidence and drive renewals.
• Identify and lead expansion opportunities within accounts, owning the path from proposal to close.
• Coach Delivery Managers and attract high-potential talent to the firm's engagements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in consulting, digital, or AI/technology services.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise programs with full P&L visibility.
• Experience growing accounts through executive-level relationship management.
• Deep knowledge of digital products, cloud (AWS preferred), and data/AI.
• Hands-on expertise in program governance, forecasting, and margin management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or SAFe.
• Vertical expertise in Consumer Products, Retail, Education, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Experience leading the delivery of agentic or applied-AI engagements.
• Proven experience in scoping and closing new business.
