What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AEs, CSMs, and clients to identify practical solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery execution to ensure projects meet expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and priorities in collaboration with the Design Lead and Design Producer.
• Track project progress and manage KPIs to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Develop and refine service delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and repeatable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in service management and leading cross-functional teams for complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or service management.
• Experience in crafting and delivering content using various multimedia formats.
