What you will do

• Take full ownership of hiring and talent acquisition to scale the organization.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, playbooks, and automation.
• Develop the employer brand and storytelling to attract top European talent.
• Analyze organizational efficiency and improve internal collaboration and success metrics.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff on company-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in top-tier startups, consulting, or VC environments.
• Strong people intuition and storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach with a drive for execution.
• Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience.
