What you will do

• Own and improve the end-to-end performance framework, including review cycles, calibration, and peer feedback.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns and provide evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
• Connect job architecture, performance assessment, and compensation principles.
• Communicate performance philosophies and operational details to talents and leads across the organization.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation Specialists to cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools to automate and simplify performance management processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance management, career development, or talent management.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, human resources, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
• Fluent English (company language) with excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance-based rewards and job architecture.
• Open mindset toward AI tools and automation in HR processes.
