What you will do

• Design and maintain global training concepts and materials for Service and Sales target groups, covering technical and soft-skill topics.
• Develop structured induction programs, segment-specific trainings, and mandatory internal assessments.
• Collaborate with technical departments like Engineering to obtain technical input for training materials.
• Select, qualify, and mentor internal trainers globally, acting as a role model and advisor.
• Manage knowledge management systems and maintain academy content within the Orange World platform.
• Lead the rollout of new training methodologies, platforms, and content across the academies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering) or a profession focused on pedagogy.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Organizational Development within a large international corporation.
• Proven experience in managing projects and conducting training workshops from conception to evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong experience in change management, talent management, performance management, and coaching.
• Proficiency in M365 programs and affinity for digital learning technologies.

• Experience in the conception and delivery of Sales or technical trainings.
