Senior People Development Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Advise business leaders, HR business partners, and internal stakeholders on people development matters that support organizational performance and business results.
• Create systemic people development approaches in collaboration with transformation teams, Centres of Competence, HRBPs, and business leaders.
• Support organizational change and large-scale initiatives by helping leaders enable employee adaptation to new processes, systems, and cultures.
• Develop people development strategies for business growth and expansion, including role identification, skills-gap analysis, and development plans.
• Drive the global employee listening approach and contribute to employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
• Coordinate people development initiatives across divisions, subsidiaries, regions, and cultures with HR colleagues and business leaders.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, HR Management, Change Management, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong foundation in Learning and Development practices and relevant experience in strategic HR, people development, organizational development, change management, or consulting.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders in an international, global, and matrix organization.
• Expertise in creating and implementing business-oriented global concepts.
• Excellent project management, communication, proactive working, structured execution, and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
