What you will do

• Advise business leaders, HRBPs, and internal stakeholders on people development matters that improve organizational performance and business results.
• Build systemic people development approaches with transformation teams, Centers of Competence, HRBPs, and business leaders.
• Support organizational change and large-scale initiatives by helping leaders enable employee adaptation to new processes, systems, and cultures.
• Shape people development strategies for business growth, including role identification, skills-gap analysis, and development planning.
• Drive the global employee listening approach and contribute to engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
• Coordinate people development initiatives across divisions, subsidiaries, regions, and cultures.

Requirements

• University degree in business, HR management, change management, psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Professional experience in strategic HR, people development, organizational development, change management, or consulting in an international environment.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization.
• Expertise in creating and implementing business-oriented global concepts.
• Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
