What you will do

• Partner with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team growth, performance, and development.
• Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics within a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Lead core HR processes, including performance reviews, feedback cycles, and goal setting across multiple regions.
• Own and manage the employee lifecycle for global employees, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive initiatives focused on engagement, culture, and employee experience across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience supporting global teams with a strong understanding of US work culture.
• Native-level English (spoken and written).
• High emotional intelligence and strong judgment.
