Salary: $175,000 - $185,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end team quota attainment, managing pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Coach and develop sellers through 1:1s, deal reviews, and call coaching to scale growth.
  • Translate the CRO's revenue strategy into executable plans, including territory design and account prioritization.
  • Build and maintain a documented, repeatable sales playbook.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to optimize client experiences.
  • Attract, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with 4+ years in people management leading quota-carrying teams.
  • Proven track record in digital media, shopper marketing, and CPG environments.
  • Experience building and improving sales processes and forecasting methodologies.
  • Data-driven approach to diagnosing and fixing team performance gaps.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time to engage with clients and attend events.
