TL;DR

Location: Remote (US). If based in San Francisco, this role is hybrid.

Salary: $205,000 – $330,000 USD (based on geographical tiering).

What you will do

  • Own the integrated revenue strategy and align it with company goals and unit economics.
  • Design and scale the coverage, territory, and segment models across the revenue organization.
  • Build a high-bar leadership bench and implement an enablement engine for messaging and coaching.
  • Implement rigorous QA loops, pipeline hygiene, and deal review rhythms.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Manage GTM systems architecture and implement automation to remove operational toil.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a marketplace or B2B services environment.
  • Strong executive presence with board-ready narrative discipline.
  • Track record of building accurate forecasting, measured motions, and systematic sales approaches.
  • Data-driven orientation with a deep understanding of unit economics.
  • Ability to resolve cross-functional tradeoffs and drive alignment around shared metrics.
  • Must be based in the United States.
