Sr. Technical Solutions Architect - Cisco

Salary: CAD 116,030–154,700 annually plus 30% target incentives

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Account Executives and Modern Infrastructure Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer business needs and technical requirements for data center, public cloud, and Cisco infrastructure modernization.
• Design Cisco-based networking, security, collaboration, and infrastructure solutions.
• Create technical documentation, solution blueprints, and deployment service scopes.
• Lead pre-implementation technical handoffs and brief delivery teams on expected project outcomes.
• Assess and audit existing network infrastructures, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Cisco technologies in presales, direct selling, or business-to-business technology and services.
• Extensive experience with Cisco networking, security, or collaboration technologies.
• Strong understanding of network design, application platforms, infrastructure architecture principles, and best practices.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Cisco-based solutions, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable; equivalent experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
