Senior Software Engineering Manager (Nvidia Platform)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Salary: $159,120–$258,570 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams developing simulation result services, platform integration services, geospatial and safety services, and digital twin integrations.
• Define and execute the vision for scalable, secure, reusable platform services and APIs.
• Drive the design and development of cloud-native distributed systems and shared platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders on enterprise platform strategy.
• Improve engineering execution, organizational efficiency, reliability, security, quality, and automation.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of reusable platform services, shared APIs, common frameworks, and foundational services.
• Expertise designing and delivering scalable cloud-native distributed systems and platform APIs.
• Experience driving engineering standards for quality, performance, reliability, security, and automation.
• Ability to manage risk, identify systemic issues, and deliver multiple complex initiatives across an organization of 20+ software engineers.
• Must be based in Irving, Texas, and work onsite five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD/USD, Isaac Sim, or equivalent simulation and digital twin platforms.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or automated agent workflows.
