Salary: $159,120.00 - $258,570.00

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering simulation result services, geospatial/safety services, and digital twin integration capabilities.
• Define and execute the vision for scalable and secure platform Services and APIs to promote reuse and improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with enterprise strategy.
• Drive the design and development of Platform Services/APIs with a focus on reusability and future scalability.
• Implement organizational efficiencies to scale engineering execution across multiple platform areas.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of designing reusable platform services, shared APIs, and common frameworks.
• Proven expertise in delivering scalable, cloud-native distributed systems.
• Ability to detect systemic issues early, manage risk proactively, and drive corrective actions.
• Must be based in Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA ecosystem technologies such as Omniverse, OpenUSD/USD, or Isaac Sim.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code generation.
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives through an organization of 20+ software engineers.
