Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Define and direct the technical strategy for the largest and most important enterprise accounts.
• Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
• Build and demonstrate proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to showcase product value.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to maximize account success.
• Build a movement of technical champions within customer organizations.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• Proven track record in pre-sales for large global accounts (>$1m ARR).
• Strong technical background in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience building relationships with executives and influencers.
• Ability to lead virtual teams to success within an account.
• Location: Must be based in Texas, Illinois, or Missouri.
