Location: Remote, US (Priority given to candidates on the East Coast or in EMEA)

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 annually

What you will do

  • Drive net-new and expansion sales cycles within named frontier AI labs, targeting Research, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Position hirify.global as the primary source of high-integrity human data for model training, evaluation, and experience design.
  • Map and multi-thread enterprise buying groups to build trust and identify champions.
  • Partner with Services, Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing to shape proposals and pilots.
  • Report pipeline metrics, deal health, and forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate in person at the San Francisco office and on customer campuses across the West Coast.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle strategic B2B technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of buying processes within AI Research, Product, and Technical Program Management functions.
  • Fluency with AI/ML trends, including RLHF and user-in-the-loop evaluation.
  • Experience running multi-threaded deals with complex stakeholder groups (legal, procurement, technical buyers).
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and value-based selling skills.
  • Must be based in the US.
