What you will do

• Lead structured discovery with senior stakeholders to uncover business priorities and reframe them into high-impact use cases.
• Design and execute pilots, workshops, and demos with explicit success criteria connected to customer KPIs.
• Own the transition from signed deal to first live workflow, ensuring customers reach value quickly.
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop repeatable solution patterns and playbooks for the business.
• Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve solution fit.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong proficiency in discovery, solution design, and conducting business conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits).
