Location: Hybrid in NYC, Texas, or Denver; open to candidates in the East or Central time zones.

What you will do

  • Run the full enterprise sales cycle from cold outreach to close.
  • Own the pipeline, build account plans, and identify top targets within Enterprise accounts (1000–10,000 employees).
  • Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and identify risk across the sales funnel.
  • Sell across business lines (e.g., HR, L&D, Customer Care, Marketing) and expand Synthesia’s footprint within accounts.
  • Manage all sales activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales experience closing Enterprise-sized accounts.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and ability to deliver product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and craft ROI-focused value propositions.
  • Experience in methodological, value-driven sales processes (ideally MEDDPICC or CoM).
  • Strong business acumen with examples of building business value and champions across organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with video SaaS.
  • Experience in and/or interest in AI.
  • Based in NYC and able to work hybrid from the office.
