What you will do
- Run the full enterprise sales cycle from cold outreach to close.
- Own the pipeline, build account plans, and identify top targets within Enterprise accounts (1000–10,000 employees).
- Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and identify risk across the sales funnel.
- Sell across business lines (e.g., HR, L&D, Customer Care, Marketing) and expand Synthesia’s footprint within accounts.
- Manage all sales activities in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven outbound sales experience closing Enterprise-sized accounts.
- Strong outbound prospecting and ability to deliver product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and craft ROI-focused value propositions.
- Experience in methodological, value-driven sales processes (ideally MEDDPICC or CoM).
- Strong business acumen with examples of building business value and champions across organizations.
- Exceptional verbal and written English.
Nice to have
- Experience with video SaaS.
- Experience in and/or interest in AI.
- Based in NYC and able to work hybrid from the office.
