What you will do

• Translate complex talent and business questions into actionable analysis, including performance trends and capacity forecasting.
• Build and maintain critical dashboards and reporting for Executive Leaders and Talent teams.
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL, BI tools, and spreadsheets to generate strategic hiring insights.
• Optimize talent systems to improve workflow clarity, data quality, and cross-team adoption.
• Act as the analytical link between Talent, Finance, and other cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in analytical, operations, or business strategy roles (consulting background preferred).
• Proficiency with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong systems thinking capability to simplify and scale complex workflows.
• Experience or comfort working within Talent/HR systems.
• High judgment and ability to frame ambiguous problems clearly.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to decision-makers.
