Location: Must be based in the US or Canada

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD per year

Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, manage their operations and grow their sales through agentic tools.

What you will do

  • Drive customer retention by uncovering root causes of churn and implementing actionable interventions across teams.
  • Increase customer sales by providing feedback that shapes the product roadmap and optimizing front-line processes.
  • Design and ship data products, tools, and automated AI workflows for Customer Success and Support.
  • Improve analytics and AI integration strategy to enable data-driven decision-making without waiting for manual analysis.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects to address emerging business priorities as they arise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business operations.
  • Strong numerical skills; a technical background or education is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building dashboards, tools, and scalable processes.
  • Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
