What you will do
- Manage a focused portfolio of 3 to 5 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts with combined ARR of $3M or higher.
- Lead executive relationships independently at the C-suite and Head-of level within global financial institutions.
- Define and codify engagement standards, including QBRs, account planning, and vertical playbooks for the function.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for high-stakes commercial and technical situations.
- Drive renewal and expansion strategies and co-own the regional expansion pipeline.
- Mentor other Strategic Account Managers and participate in hiring calibration to ensure candidate quality.
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of enterprise compliance technology (communications and trade surveillance) for Tier 1 financial institutions.
- Proven track record of sustaining trusted advisory relationships with senior compliance, risk, and technology leaders.
- Experience defining operational standards and creating scalable frameworks for account management.
- Ability to intervene in and stabilize at-risk enterprise accounts through coaching and resolution.
- Experience representing a company at industry events and leading Customer Advisory Boards or CCO communities.
