What you will do
- Manage a focused portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts ($3M+ ARR) across multiple geographies and products.
- Lead executive relationships at the C-suite and Head-of level independently.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or commercially significant account situations.
- Develop vertical playbooks, engagement frameworks, and quality benchmarks for the account management function.
- Drive renewal and expansion strategies to maximize account value and regional growth.
- Mentor Strategic Account Managers and contribute to the hiring and calibration process.
Requirements
- Expertise in enterprise compliance technology (communications/trade surveillance, archiving) for Tier 1 financial institutions.
- Proven experience building trusted advisory relationships with C-suite and senior risk/technology leaders.
- Ability to define and implement operational standards for QBRs, account planning, and commercial execution.
- Experience in stabilizing at-risk accounts and coaching other managers through resolution.
- Experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, and Customer Advisory Boards.
- Must be based in Singapore
