Key Account Director (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for strategic merchant partners.
• Drive revenue growth through new product launches and expanded opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies, aligning senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, translating merchant insights into actions and accountability.
• Maintain merchant information and project documentation to support business continuity.
• Shape product and supply roadmaps across digital wallets, account-to-account transfers, and direct carrier billing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital payments or fintech across account management, business development, or sales.
• Proven success managing end-to-end delivery, enterprise merchant relationships, and revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate teams across departments, regions, and time zones while operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile payments, e-commerce, or digital technologies.
• Mandarin proficiency in speaking and writing.
