Salary: $129,100 - $191,030 per annum

What you will do

• Develop and maintain leading-edge P&R flows for various business units.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal integration within the central CAD platform.
• Solve complex design challenges related to floorplanning, routability, and power grid design.
• Interface with EDA vendors to ensure optimal tool usage and performance.
• Contribute to the deployment and support of automated design flows.
• Stay current with process and tool evolutions in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience (or 3-5 years with advanced degree).
• 2+ years of recent experience with Cadence Innovus.
• Proven experience with advanced nodes (7nm or below) including FinFET and ULV challenges.
• Proficiency in Tcl scripting for flow development.
• Solid understanding of timing closure, floorplanning, and power intent implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with gate-to-gate equivalence checking and parasitic extraction.
• Knowledge of STA and physical verification (DRC).
• Experience with implementation exploration methods and EDA tool benchmarking.
