Salary: $216,000–$270,000 USD (NYC/Bay Area); $183,600–$229,500 USD (Salt Lake City)

What you will do
- Own integrations end-to-end by partnering with BD and engineering to scope, build, and launch new biller and payment platform integrations across insurance, utilities, auto, and other verticals.
- Keep existing integrations healthy by monitoring reliability and quality, triaging issues quickly, and coordinating fixes with engineering.
- Accelerate time-to-integrate by removing friction in process, tooling, and communication that slows partner onboarding.
- Build as you go by defining patterns, templates, and systems to make integrations more repeatable as new categories scale.
- Act as the connective tissue across BD, engineering, and operations to keep stakeholders aligned as situations evolve.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technical or integration-heavy domain.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS startup environments is preferred.
- Ability to operate with high agency and resilience when timelines slip, partners go dark, or priorities change mid-sprint.
- Technical curiosity: can read API docs and collaborate effectively with engineers without needing to write code.
- Strong communication and organization skills to manage multiple in-flight integrations and keep stakeholders informed.
