Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (Hybrid options available in San Francisco, New York, or Portland).

Salary: $289,700 - $362,100 USD (US) or 273,800 - 342,200 CAD (Canada).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the multi-year strategy for business lending products, including term loans and lines of credit.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and lending specialists.
  • Own the lending P&L, including pricing, capital structure, and loss performance.
  • Partner with credit, underwriting, and risk teams to ensure compliance and healthy approval rates.
  • Manage relationships with capital markets and banking partners to ensure the business is well-capitalized.
  • Balance rapid growth with the rigorous risk and compliance standards required for regulated credit products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in lending or credit products, specifically in SMB or commercial lending.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing product management teams.
  • Deep understanding of the full lending lifecycle, including underwriting, decisioning, servicing, and collections.
  • Proven track record of owning a lending P&L and managing unit economics.
  • Experience launching and scaling 0-1 credit products in a high-growth or fintech environment.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
