What you will do

• Act as the primary point of accountability for synthesizing product requests and major escalations.
• Partner with account management and engineering to resolve high-stakes customer situations quickly.
• Identify and ship high-impact, low-effort improvements to accelerate product delivery.
• Translate high-level goals into detailed deliverables with clear owners, timelines, and success criteria.
• Manage the product request lifecycle and track progress across cross-functional teams.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of product functionality and specific customer pain points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, project, or customer success management.
• Proven track record working with SaaS enterprise products.
• Ability to drive results and negotiate priorities without direct authority.
• Strong technical background and ability to onboard quickly with complex systems.
• Experience navigating ambiguous, high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud/abuse mitigation or cybersecurity.
• Exposure to Agentic AI or machine-learning powered products.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and architectures.
