Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Summertown, Oxford, UK. Role is hybrid with requirements to travel to client and partner sites.

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end commercial product lifecycles from definition and requirement gathering to go-to-market strategy.
• Prioritize product roadmaps and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to engineering teams.
• Lead user workshops and interviews to gather feedback and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies based on market analysis and competitor intelligence.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to product marketing efforts and the writing of R&D bids.

Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible for UK Security Vetting (SC).
• Demonstrable experience in the technology industry solving complex problems from ideation to post-launch.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and AI/machine learning concepts.
• Experience leading and working within interdisciplinary teams including designers and engineers.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from the Oxford office and travel to client sites as required.
