Salary: $81,154.70 - $111,053.80

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of lending functions across consumer, home equity, and mortgage products.
  • Manage originations, processing, and servicing teams to drive effective pipeline management and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with NCUA, RESPA, and Fannie Mae regulations while maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Oversee mortgage servicing operations, investor reporting, and secondary market investor relationships.
  • Serve as the Lending Operations Lead for core system conversion, managing workflow design, UAT, and training.
  • Develop SOPs and operational reporting dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of lending experience within a financial institution.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or overseeing a team.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a Credit Union.
  • Proficiency with lending systems such as MeridianLink.
  • Experience with core system conversions or major system implementations.
  • Knowledge of utilizing AI tools and LLMs to improve workflow efficiency.
