Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $117,000–$158,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive analysis of historical and projected financial statements to assess company performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies using market conditions, industry trends, and transaction characteristics.
• Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support client decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects, deliver high-quality work on schedule, and serve as a key client contact.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations that communicate complex financial information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and review junior team members' work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or a related area.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Project management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate results within strict timelines and interact effectively with clients and team members.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• CPA or CFA certification.
