Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Provide financial and analytical support to senior leadership and business unit leaders.
• Support corporate development and acquisition activities.
• Review business performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop integrated forecasts covering the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators and maintain operational reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate, timely ad-hoc financial reports and analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; an MBA is a strong plus.
• At least two years of experience across financial and accounting responsibilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills focused on financial model development.
• Experience with OneStream, Workday, Workiva, FloQast, or similar ERP and financial tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to manage large datasets and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Multinational experience.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with SQL.
