Senior Finance Manager – Commercial Strategy & Operations

What you will do

• Advise business unit leadership on annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-term plans, and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to model the financial impact of marketing initiatives, product launches, and investment strategies.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve economic efficiency.
• Bridge business requirements with ERP and IT system capabilities and develop executive dashboards.
• Evaluate ROI for marketing programs and internal capital projects using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least six years of related business, accounting, or finance experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, reporting, and business process knowledge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting and modern ERP/IT systems.
• Ability to present to and influence senior leadership.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA.
• Experience with databases, statistical packages, and visual reporting tools.
• Experience in fast-paced commercial environments involving data-driven marketing and capital investment analysis.
