What you will do

• Serve as the key financial contact for Business Unit leadership to define budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop models forecasting the financial impact of initiatives and product launches.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews, conducting variance analysis and identifying root causes of performance fluctuations.
• Facilitate the identification of operational bottlenecks and recommend systemic process redesigns.
• Bridge the gap between business process requirements and IT system capabilities to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Develop robust management reports and dashboards to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.

Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of six years of related business, accounting, or finance experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business operations, financial accounting, and modern ERP/IT systems.
• Proven ability to use diverse modeling techniques to achieve consistent, reliable results.
• CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
