What you will do

• Lead weekly client calls and own the performance narrative for a portfolio of lifestyle accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including paid media, SEO, content, and creative to ensure unified strategy.
• Translate data insights into actionable business strategies for non-technical clients.
• Support retention strategy by analyzing LTV, repeat purchase rates, and post-purchase lifecycle performance.
• Leverage proprietary AI and data tools to optimize processes and surface account issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Account Directors on quarterly strategy, renewal preparation, and service expansion.

Requirements

• English: Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing.
• Proven experience managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel strategy and multi-touch attribution limitations.
• Familiarity with upper-funnel channels including content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic.
• Ability to communicate complex multi-channel performance stories to non-technical stakeholders.
