Salary: $70,000 starting base

What you will do
- Support senior account managers with day-to-day client communication and post-sale requests.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIs in partnership with internal teams.
- Assist with campaign launches, pixel coordination, and asset gathering.
- Generate and schedule campaign reports using analytics platforms like Tableau and DCM.
- Manage billing workflows, Salesforce audits, and legal documentation support.
- Participate in product release testing and provide client feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Campaign Management, or digital media roles.
- Must be based in the US with availability for 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST working hours.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising platforms such as TTD or CM360.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Curiosity about AI tools and their application in professional workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- BA/BS in Business, Advertising, or Marketing.
