Product Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the development and optimization of iCAC and EGR cooling components.
• Coordinate concept, design, and release of components while ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Create and execute DVP&R and perform 1D simulations on heat exchangers.
• Lead design reviews, drawing evaluations, and component-level DFMEA workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, quality, program management, and suppliers.
• Support production trials and ensure successful customer PPAP.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (ME or EE preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive product development, specifically with EGR and charge air coolers.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience with DFMEA facilitation and DVP&R creation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and GD&T standards.
