What you will do

• Design, build, and implement machinery and tooling for best-in-class transmission and drive unit assembly processes.
• Lead the integration, plant installation, and launch of manufacturing equipment.
• Source and qualify assembly equipment from initial concept through production implementation.
• Manage program timing, cost estimates, and budget to ensure project delivery.
• Apply GD&T knowledge to ensure equipment and quality procedures meet design requirements.
• Create and maintain core manufacturing documentation including PFD, PFMEA, and PCP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of assembly or machining process development experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on plant floor experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of process engineering and product development.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship (no H1-B, OPT, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with transmission, drive unit, or powertrain assembly processes.
• Familiarity with Bills of Equipment, Bills of Process, and Bills of Operations.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and implementing new manufacturing technologies.
