TL;DR
Senior Manager - Development Operations & Communications (Nonprofit/Fundraising): Managing internal donor tracking processes and supporting the President in high-stakes external engagements with an accent on fundraising operations and strategic communications. Location: Remote (Must be available 9am–6pm Central Time)

What you will do
- Staff the President in external meetings by preparing briefings, tracking action items, and driving follow-up.
- Manage internal donor tracking processes and relationship mapping within the CRM.
- Draft donor correspondence, proposals, and presentations on behalf of the President.
- Support fundraising trips, donor events, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program teams to steward key initiatives.
- Represent the organization with professionalism in all external interactions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in fundraising or external-facing roles.
- Understanding of fundraising nuances for 501(c)(4), 501(c)(3), and PACs.
- Proven track record of making asks and closing gifts.
- Experience staffing principals and managing high-stakes engagements.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably NGP.
- Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 25%).
Nice to have
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Hmong, or Navajo).
- Experience with ethical storytelling.
- Existing relationships with national or state partners.
