Location: United States — Bellevue, Washington; Los Angeles, California; Oregon; or San Francisco, California. Some travel is required, including in-person onboarding and travel to the San Francisco headquarters or Chicago office during the first week.
Annual OTE: $179,000–$246,000 USD for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; another listed range is $160,000–$220,000 USD.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for key customer engineering leads, architects, and technical decision-makers.
- Design scalable B2B and B2C customer identity architectures using Auth0 and Okta.
- Build proofs of concept, configure Auth0 tenants, and deliver live technical demonstrations.
- Test and demonstrate REST APIs with Postman, including user, role, and application configuration workflows.
- Resolve complex developer and architecture issues and coordinate escalations with Customer Success and Engineering.
- Create technical enablement materials, workshops, code samples, Postman collections, and architectural guides.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related professional experience, or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
- 3+ years as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Developer Advocate.
- 3+ years of experience in customer identity, API security, web/mobile authentication, or modern application development.
- Deep practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, REST APIs, webhooks, and Postman.
- Hands-on ability to read, modify, or build simple applications with JavaScript or TypeScript, Node, Python, or React.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence with live demonstrations, API troubleshooting, and architecture whiteboarding.
Nice to have
- Auth0 Certified, Okta Certified, or equivalent industry certification.
- Knowledge of workforce identity, SSO, SCIM provisioning, SaaS integrations, and automated provisioning.
