Location: Remote-first anywhere in the United States; must operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones (preference for Washington DC)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of new enterprise accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities where hirify.global’ AI capabilities drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
  • Develop deep understanding of conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitors, and trends.
  • Execute account strategies to expand presence in key verticals like healthcare, government, and finance.
  • Partner with customer success and solutions engineering for smooth onboarding and account expansion.
  • Act as trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Requirements

  • 7+ years quota-carrying enterprise sales in SaaS/technology, ideally AI/LLM/API products
  • Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise procurement/legal processes to accelerate deals.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product/engineering leaders, translating tech to business value.
  • Strong executive presence for C-suite/board relationships.
  • Comfort in early-stage high-growth environment, building playbooks and iterating quickly.
  • Passion for voice/audio AI and customer/product-driven mentality.
