TL;DR
Program Manager (Fintech): Leading the Wealth Digital Asset & Tokenization initiative with an accent on governance, cross-functional oversight, and strategic alignment across complex transformation programs. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Toronto office (Hybrid role).
Salary: CAD 100–115/hr.

What you will do
- Lead governance and oversight for a portfolio of Wealth Digital Asset and Tokenization initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to act as a key delegate and representative across global programs.
- Synthesize updates, identify risks, and resolve misalignment across complex transformation projects.
- Oversee 3–5 major transformation programs to ensure coordination and progress.
- Establish structured reporting, KPIs, and communication cadences for stakeholders.
- Develop business cases and identify critical paths for digital asset and wallet advancement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within financial services.
- Strong background in Wealth environments, banking, or consulting.
- Proven track record managing large, complex transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of post-trade, operations, or technology environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and risk functions.
- Ability to simplify complex information for executive-level consumption.
Nice to have
- Experience in settlements, clearing, corporate actions, or collateral management.
- Exposure to post-trade or trading platforms.
- Knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and tokenization.
- Background in large-scale modernization or regulatory programs.
