What you will do

• Lead governance and oversight for a portfolio of Wealth Digital Asset and Tokenization initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to act as a key delegate and representative across global programs.
• Synthesize updates, identify risks, and resolve misalignment across complex transformation projects.
• Oversee 3–5 major transformation programs to ensure coordination and progress.
• Establish structured reporting, KPIs, and communication cadences for stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and identify critical paths for digital asset and wallet advancement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within financial services.
• Strong background in Wealth environments, banking, or consulting.
• Proven track record managing large, complex transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of post-trade, operations, or technology environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and risk functions.
• Ability to simplify complex information for executive-level consumption.

Nice to have

• Experience in settlements, clearing, corporate actions, or collateral management.
• Exposure to post-trade or trading platforms.
• Knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and tokenization.
• Background in large-scale modernization or regulatory programs.
