Compensation: CA$40,000 – CA$50,000 base salary plus commission and equity.

What you will do

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to recruit research participants.
• Manage recruitment across approximately 30 active customer programs simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate recruitment statuses and clean data within HubSpot.
• Collaborate closely with CSMs and Researchers to ensure interview readiness and account health.
• Identify program bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to improve conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize outreach strategies and team workflows.
