What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity and technology programs.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile delivery as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Monitor program health through metrics and provide executive reporting.
• Resolve cross-functional roadblocks and foster collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering or technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification required.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity or information security programs.
• Familiarity with IAM, GRC, Privacy, and Secure SDLC.
• Understanding of vulnerability management, threat modeling, and Zero Trust.
• Experience integrating security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
