Senior Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Toronto, Ontario; hybrid work with three days per week in the Toronto office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity and technology programs.
• Manage plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across concurrent initiatives.
• Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile lead, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching teams.
• Translate technical requirements into delivery plans with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Track program health through delivery metrics, milestones, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Resolve cross-functional roadblocks and apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering or technology initiatives and managing complex dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, plus strong communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent project management certification.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity or information security programs.
• Familiarity with Application Security, Security Operations, IAM, GRC, Privacy, Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience integrating security tooling and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise PMOs, large-scale program governance, or a related bachelor's degree.
