TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in-office in Toronto, Canada)

Salary: $84,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Own and manage the global product launch operating rhythm, including timelines, milestones, and governance checkpoints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch planning across Product Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success.
  • Monitor GTM readiness across FinTech product lines, identifying and mitigating risks, gaps, and bottlenecks.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting, launch dashboards, and action trackers to provide visibility into launch health.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure sales teams have necessary training, tools, and customer-facing materials.
  • Lead Partnership Enablement initiatives and support AI adoption by embedding intelligent workflows into the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or GTM Operations.
  • Experience managing complex product launches in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • Strong ability to influence across teams and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for risk mitigation.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with capital markets technology or regulatory technology (RegTech).
  • Knowledge of sales enablement methodologies and adoption measurement practices.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled selling strategies and digital enablement initiatives.
