What you will do

• Design and manage foundational systems for inbound funnels and campaign operations.
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered workflows across the GTM stack using tools like Clay, Claude, and Gemini.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams to launch and optimize marketing programs.
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with legal standards like GDPR and CCPA.
• Own end-to-end funnel health, including lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Develop and maintain attribution infrastructure to connect marketing spend to pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Administrator-level expertise with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce.
• Proven experience building and walking through end-to-end GTM AI workflows.
• Strong background in lifecycle automation, lead scoring, and enrichment platform management.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable operational designs.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE).
• Experience leading major system integrations or MAP migrations.
• Hands-on experience with IPaaS tools like Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms like 6sense or CommonRoom.
