What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, aiming for 90%+ retention and expansion targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning hirify.global’s solutions with client business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end client conversations, including renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support to ensure maximum client value.
  • Manage performance and pipeline forecasting using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in account management or sales within SaaS, digital media, or technology.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM technology, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools for prospecting and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
