What you will do
- Administer and manage health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing benefits programs.
- Own strategic relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, carriers, and third-party administrators.
- Partner with Employee Experience, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and HR leadership to improve operational excellence.
- Lead annual enrollment strategy, execution, communications, and governance.
- Oversee benefits compliance, audits, reporting requirements, and operational controls.
- Manage U.S. benefits and support employee benefits programs in Mexico; lead vendor performance reviews and operational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive benefits experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
- Experience managing complex benefits vendor relationships (brokers, consultants, carriers, third-party administrators).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Legal.
- Experience supporting employee benefits programs in Mexico.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CEBS or similar benefits certification.
- Experience supporting employee benefits programs abroad and in a multinational organization.
