What you will do

• Administer and manage health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing benefits programs.
• Own strategic relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Partner with Employee Experience, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and HR leadership to improve operational excellence.
• Lead annual enrollment strategy, execution, communications, and governance.
• Oversee benefits compliance, audits, reporting requirements, and operational controls.
• Manage U.S. benefits and support employee benefits programs in Mexico; lead vendor performance reviews and operational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
• Experience managing complex benefits vendor relationships (brokers, consultants, carriers, third-party administrators).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Legal.
• Experience supporting employee benefits programs in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• CEBS or similar benefits certification.
• Experience supporting employee benefits programs abroad and in a multinational organization.
