What you will do

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for stormwater and hazardous waste compliance programs.
• Ensure adherence to NPDES permits, RCRA regulations, and local/federal environmental standards.
• Conduct comprehensive environmental audits to identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and legal teams to integrate environmental requirements into site projects.
• Support air compliance programs, including emission reporting and permit condition management.
• Educate senior leadership on environmental program requirements and the implications of operational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in environmental compliance programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in stormwater and/or regulated waste management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate technical regulations for diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Professional certifications such as REM, PE, or CHMM.
• Experience with Title V air permits and regulatory agency negotiations.
