What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering leaders and platform teams to connect Command to existing customer systems.
• Establish technical foundations for adoption and help teams improve planning, building, and shipping processes.
• Work directly in customer environments to configure secure access to CI/CD, ticketing, and identity systems.
• Design release workflows and provide engineering coaching to help teams make data-driven decisions.
• Write production-quality code and translate customer-specific solutions into reusable product capabilities.
• Ensure customers have a robust, scalable system for software development beyond the initial deployment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Strong coding and systems-thinking skills with the ability to move from whiteboard to production.
• Deep understanding of product development workflows and common engineering tools.
• Experience building or integrating software across APIs, data models, and automation.
• Ability to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City to support office-centric hybrid work.
