Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Agents)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA; relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF is available if needed.

Salary: $168K–$285K annually, plus equity; final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end software for the largest customers by understanding user pain points, scoping product specifications, and building agents that autonomously implement solutions.
• Interact directly with customers and deliver solutions from discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand customer value.
• Drive the core product engineering roadmap through the embedding model.
• Specialize in a core product area, develop deep domain expertise, and prioritize custom solutions versus broader product initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Extensive experience building with and for agents.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Comfort and excitement working directly with customers.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master the craft.
