Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $165K–$330K plus equity

What you will do

• Own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding customer needs through design, launch, and iteration.
• Build scalable, production-ready platforms and systems rather than one-off features or scaffolding.
• Ship incrementally and work with internal and external customers to validate and improve solutions.
• Prioritize competing customer requests based on impact and drive ambiguous problems to completion.
• Collaborate as a peer with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Build systems supporting customer purchasing, integrations, billing, partnerships, developer productivity, and agentic tooling.

Requirements

• Strong product and customer sense.
• Ability to take ownership of customer-facing features from problem definition through production iteration.
• Ability to build systems and products that scale and perform reliably in production.
• Ability to work effectively with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market partners.
• Ability to move quickly through ambiguous problems with limited process and expand scope as the team and product grow.
